We look after the structure and exterior of your home and carry out repairs and planned maintenance to ensure your home remains in the best condition.

As a tenant in one of our properties, you will have signed a tenancy agreement with us. This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, and ours as a landlord. You will have been provided with all the legal documents you need to reassure you and keep you safe and happy in your home.

Your housing officer will go through this with you and explain everything you need to know.
